DD.comment: Ranking cornerback's this early is almost impossible, because so much of their draft stock depends on their official 40 yard dash times. It's even harder to predict with small school cornerback's, because scouts have less information on them. So most of the corner's listed above will have their draft stock determined at the Combine or Pro Days ... One exception, among the group above, is New Hampshire star cornerback/return specialist Casey DeAndrade, who will almost certainly be moved to safety, regardless of his 40 time, at the next level (like Eric Weddle, Jason Sehorn, Chris Conte and others) if he continues to be deemed a serious N.F.L. prospect going forward.

DD.comment: One thing to note, most of the guys on this list were among the last players to make their respective teams, so don't be surprised if a few are cut in upcoming weeks. Also, it's very likely many more UFA rookies will make N.F.L. rosters before the season is over. In years past, there is usually an uptick in UFA rookies promoted to 53 man rosters after week 9, or so. This usually happens when teams that seem to be out of their respective playoff races look to replace injured veterans with young, practice squad types.
